Outdoor Living Construction
An outdoor living project works best when the spaces connect naturally to your home and to one another. MP Diversified Services welcomes projects combining decks, screened porches, patios and specialty carpentry in New Castle County and the Brandywine Valley.
Design around how you want to spend time outside
Think about everyday meals, gathering with guests, quiet seating and the route between the kitchen and the yard. Sun exposure, changes in elevation and access from the house can influence the layout as much as the materials you choose.

Before we prepare a proposal
Share photographs from the house and yard, approximate dimensions and the activities the space should support. Drainage, existing structures, access for construction and the relationship between paved and planted areas need to be considered together.
Should a deck and patio be planned together?
If you expect both to be part of the finished space, coordinated planning helps align stairs, elevations, circulation and drainage. Construction can then be discussed as a combined project or as a deliberate sequence of phases.
