801 Market: Wilmington Building Renovation & Third-Story Addition

Completed in 2024, MP Diversified’s 801 Market project involved a full renovation of an approximately 30,000-square-foot building on Market Street in downtown Wilmington, Delaware. The work took the building back to its bare structure and rebuilt it with a new third story, an elevator and 21 completed apartment units.

From a full gut renovation to 21 apartments

The project began with extensive demolition to expose the existing structure. The scope included removing the roof, adding an entire new floor and reframing throughout the building. The result combined a major renovation with a substantial vertical addition.
